Note-
1.     The above fees are subject to change by University/Govt./College.
2.     The Specific Charges is being collected to meet essential expenditure including energy bills not recovered from the Government in Grants.
3.     Every student admitted to the college will have to pay the fees as mentioned in the schedule of fees.
4.     The student eligible for fees concessions / scholarship will have to pay the fees not reimbursed by the Government.
5.     In addition, the student offering Non-Grant Subject / Course like B.T.S. P or Computer Science or Biotechnology will have to pay additional fee/charges including Lab and Library fees as prescribed by the University / State Govt./ College. At present these are
For B. T. S. P.    -           Rs. 3000/- per year.
For Computer Science    -           Rs. 4000/- per year.
For Biotechnology    -           Rs. 60007- per year
For Non-Grant Subjects taught at Junior College (Computer Science, Electronics,
Fresh Water Fish Culture) these are Rs. 60007- per year and for Information Technology,
these are Rs. 2000/- per year.
6.     The students admitted for non-grant section of junior college will have to pay additional fees as prescribed by State Govt. / Society. At present these are Rs. 6,0007- per year.
7.     The students admitted for non-grant course B.B.A. will have to pay fees as per Govt/ University/Society norms as shown above.
8.     No brother-sister concession is allowed.
9.     Fees paid in any class are not refundable unless admission is refused by the College.
10.   Students leaving the college in the middle of the session will be required to pay full fees for the whole session.
11. If the fees are not paid within the due dates, the student will have to pay a fine of Rs. 1/- per day for each term.
12.   The tuition fees can be paid in monthly installments. It will be due on the 10th of every month, the last three installments being payable by 15th January 2009 in one lumpsum.
13.   Collection such as forAmravati District Stadium Fund, Flag Day Fund, Teacher's Day Fund, etc. will be made as per instructions received from concerned authorities.
